These terms govern all wholesale (B2B) purchases from Vortice Tech. Please read them before placing an order.
Plain-language summary: We sell to businesses only, with no minimum order — you can buy from a single unit. Website prices are starting points — your final price and order are confirmed by your rep over WhatsApp. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where it applies.
1. Business Buyers Only
Vortice Tech, operated by Alaz Group LLC ("we", "us", "Vortice Tech"), sells exclusively to businesses for resale or commercial use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business and not as an individual consumer. We may request a reseller certificate, EIN, or other business documentation before confirming an order.
2. Quotes & Orders
Product listings on this website are invitations to inquire, not binding offers. All quotes are issued through WhatsApp (+1 754 262-2563) or email and are valid only for the period stated in the quote. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and the agreed payment terms are met. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages.
3. Pricing & Order Quantity
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices ("from $X / unit").
- There is no minimum order quantity — you may order from a single unit per product.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and any applicable fees.
- Tiered pricing may apply based on quantity; your rep will confirm the exact per-unit price for your order.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods and terms are confirmed at the time of order. Orders are typically prepared for dispatch only after payment is received and cleared. Title to the products passes to you upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
Products are sold "AS IS" to business buyers, with any applicable manufacturer warranty passing through to you where permitted by the manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption.
7. Claims, Shortages & Returns
